Must reside in the State of Utah to be eligible for employment consideration. Must be willing to teach the course(s) in person, on campus.

Required Degree: BA or BFA in Dance required.
The required degree must be completed by the start date.
Experience: Experience teaching at the university level.
Duties/Expectations:
We seek an expert in the practice and theory of cultural dance, to fulfill a vacancy as an adjunct rehearsal assistant and instructor in the Department of Dance. The candidate's primary duty will be to assist in the rehearsal process for International Folk Dance Ensemble and/or teach 1-credit beginning or intermediate level cultural dance courses. The candidate should have an advanced level of experience with the practice and teaching of cultural dance as a performance practice at the university level. The candidate will be working under the cultural dance coordinator and the area coordinator. Required meetings will include university conference, monthly area meetings, and any additional meetings as called by the coordinator.
