To join MBB Talent, performers are required to commit to a two-year agreement, during which they remain active and ready to receive calls for performances or express interest in available opportunities. This commitment ensures our talent pool is always prepared to engage in diverse and enriching experiences.
Our mission is to support the artistic growth and professional development of our talent by providing valuable performance opportunities. While not all engagements are paid, they offer a unique platform for artists to build their portfolios, enhance their skills, and connect with diverse audiences.
For minors participating in MBB Talent, a general consent from a parent or legal guardian is required. This consent covers the minor's involvement in performances, rehearsals, and any associated activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Each engagement with MBB Talent is formalized through a Talent Agreement, which outlines the expectations, responsibilities, and terms of the partnership. Additionally, selected talent may be required to travel for events, and travel expenses may not always be covered.
