My name is Tracy Lightner and I have worked for national and global employers in the Dallas, Fort Worth area in various roles, including Senior Operations Manager, Recruiting Director, Recruiting Manager, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources Consultant , DEI and Immigration.
I also have a vast amount of community leadership and service, shaping the minds, ideas and goals for youth. This includes guiding and advising my two daughters, who were young entrepreneurs at the ages of 9 and 10. They have appeared on major networks promoting their brand, consulted with city officials and community leaders. Both are now successful adults and are a medical professional, student of engineering, entrepreneurs and manage popular major brands you’ve heard of in the area of marketing and branding.
